1. Overview

BookWise provides online appointment booking tools for businesses and their customers. By using BookWise to book an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings

Appointments booked through BookWise are made directly with the business you select. The business is responsible for honoring, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments according to its own policies. BookWise is not a party to the service agreement between you and the business.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive automated appointment-related SMS messages (such as confirmations and reminders) from the business you booked with, sent via BookWise. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Promotional or marketing texts require a separate, optional opt-in and are never sent based on your appointment consent alone.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, or use BookWise for any unlawful purpose.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BookWise after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
