We use your information to confirm bookings, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and share your booking details with the business you booked with. We do not sell your personal information.

3. SMS & Communications

If you opt in to SMS, your phone number is used solely to send appointment-related messages from the business you booked with. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide the service and as required by applicable law.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting the business you booked with or BookWise support.
